Welcome to the program!

I am so excited to have you.

I personally have struggled with anxiety and PTSD, and know first hand how powerful and transformational the journey you've just embarked on can truly be.

I want this program to be as successful as possible for you, and am grateful you trust me to guide you through it week by week.

I'll be in your inbox weekly to send you:

  • A new 30 minute yoga practice
  • Two meditations (about 10 minutes each)
  • An inspiring conversation about holistic mental health
  • Your weekly journaling and LoveWork assignments

While you can modify this online immersion to suit the needs of your life, I recommend practicing your meditation, movement, and LoveWork daily.

Here are a few other tips to guarantee your success:

  • Follow the weeks in consecutive order
  • Close all your other tabs and shut down distractions when practicing. Find a room or space that feels calming and stress-free to practice in.
  • Enter into the work with intention by lighting a candle or taking a deep breath before you being your practices.
  • Commit to doing the practices every day for 40 days (first thing in the morning or right before bed is great timing, find some consistency). Put a sticky note on your mirror, fridge, or steering wheel to remind you. Schedule about 45 minutes in your calendar each day for yoga and meditation.
  • Remember that these practices are not an overnight fix, and take your time and daily commitment to really being shifting things.
  • Listen to YOUR body. There is no one-size-fits-all yoga practice, so you have total permission to modify and adapt the practices based on what your body, mind, and heart need.
  • Sometimes yoga can stir things up, and sometimes our symptoms may heighten briefly before they diminish. If you do start to notice that, just know that it's part of the process and stay with it. You can always seek professional support if things arise that feel concerning in nature to you.
