I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since before I can remember. Mental health disorders are rampant in my family tree, and I used to believe there was no way around this genetic destiny. I have battled for years with anxiety and panic attacks, disordered eating, low self esteem, and depression. For much of my life, I felt like I was going crazy. I was a victim to my own emotions and thoughts. It wasn't until I had my first "in-my-body" experience through yoga and meditation that I realized my brain, and therefore my entire life, could change.
As I started to heal my mind and body, I dedicated my life's path to helping others do the same. This online program merges age old healing practices with modern neuroscience to bring you back into touch with yourself, your beautiful body, and the earth.
